Sobaya Kandy maintains policies covering arrival, departure, children, pets, smoking, payments, and reservation changes. Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary according to the room and booking option selected. Where a universal condition is not clearly established in the supplied listing, the reservation-specific terms should be treated as the applicable policy.
- Check-In and Check-Out
The supplied property information does not establish sufficiently clear current check-in and checkout hours to state them confidently as universal policy. The times attached to the confirmed reservation should be followed.
- Children and Beds
Room occupancy and bedding arrangements depend on the accommodation selected. The applicable child, crib, or extra-bed conditions should be reviewed for the specific room before confirming a family reservation.
- Pet Policy
The supplied property information does not provide sufficiently clear current details to state a universal pet policy without qualification. Guests traveling with an animal should confirm the applicable conditions before booking.
- Smoking Policy
Smoking conditions should be checked against the current property rules and selected accommodation, as the supplied information does not support adding broader smoking provisions that are not explicitly stated.
- Cancellation and Prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment terms vary according to the accommodation and rate selected. The deadline, refund conditions, and any prepayment requirement displayed with the chosen reservation are the applicable terms.
- Payment and Parking
Payment requirements depend on the reservation conditions. Private parking is available at Sobaya Kandy, while any booking requirements attached to parking should be checked with the selected stay.
